We guarantee our jewels 2 years, whatever their use is. This warranty is international and applicable on every product. During this warranty period, we offer full complimentary repair services. No questions asked!
If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services for 20 Euros. The out-of-warranty repairs include the repair, the verification of the stones setting, the weld control, the polishing, the surface treatment that will restore your jewel to its original appearance, as well as a new 6-month warranty.
Shipping & Returns
For orders placed before 7am, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day.During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slighly longer processing time.
